PERFORMANCE Applications
The Festival stages are Mountain and Lakeside
All performances are free to the public
Groups wishing to perform at the Festival should be aware that you are volunteering your performance at the event. Our non-profit is a volunteer-led and operated organization. Our Mission and Purpose is to provide awareness and education about Hawaiian and other South Pacific Islander cultures and heritage.

The application process

We strive to present a varied array of music, dance, and styles. The application will ask you for details about your proposed performance, list of songs/dances, and number of participants. Each group has a max of 40 minutes allowed for the performance.

The Application: Guidelines
The Guidelines outline the steps in the Application process and give you tons of information about requirements, stage sizes, and much much more. Please read them carefully.

If you have questions, please email Performances Chairperson Kamalu Tinnell at kamalu.tinnell@azalohafest.org or call the Festival Office at 602 697 1824. Please remember we are all volunteers and we will get back to your message.

You will find the Application and Performer's packet online here UNTIL DECEMBER 6..
